Foundation Heaven

When it comes to things like eyeshadow and blush I generally don’t even give the Rimmel counter a second glance but for fantastic drugstore foundations the brand has always been firm favourite of mine!

I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before but I’m definitely a foundation addict; I own dozens of different types and am constantly on the lookout for the perfect one (even if I found it I’d probably still try a new foundation every week in the hope of something better coming along!) so I figured I’d give you a quick rundown of some of my favourite Rimmel ones… you can select the links below or just scroll down n select the one you fancy :)

I know some people are lucky enough to be able to say their skin is normal, combination, oily etc but mine changes incredibly frequently so I have a different foundation for every situation ♥

Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation
Rimmel Recover Foundation
Rimmel Renew and Lift Foundation
Rimmel Stay Matte Foundation
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation
Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation

Great reviews for all of the foundations. I've never tried any Rimmel ones before. Might grab one next time there's a sale =P

I am still searching for my favorite foundation. Still have not found one. Which rimmel foundation do you think is best for me? I have dry/sensitive skin.

Joy, I think yo should look about airbrushing, because I've heard that once yout try it, normal foundation just doesnt cut it. Check out Dinair or one of those brands, I'd love to hear what you had to say about them :) x

Thanks for your lovely comments! If you happen to review any of the Rimmel foundations feel free to leave a link in the comments… I love reading other peoples reviews ♥

Yourstrulypam I’d recommend match perfection for a nice natural dewy finish. I always opt for this when my skin is particularly dry around my nose and cheeks! Though if you want something that doesn’t dry the skin out but still gives a natural slightly matte finish then Lasting Finish is pretty good :)

dazzlelight91 I’ve been after an airbrush for ages! The price has kinda put me off but I can’t help thinking that if they work even half as well as they do in the adverts then it’d be well worth it in the long run!
